Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By registering for our webinars or purchasing our digital services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products and Webinars (No Refunds)

Since our primary offerings consist of digital classes, live webinars, and instant-access content, all sales are considered final. Once a payment is successfully processed and the webinar link or access is provided, we do not offer any refunds.

2. Cancellation by the User

We do not accept cancellation requests for webinar registrations or digital course purchases. Once enrolled, the payment is non-transferable and non-refundable, even if the user is unable to attend the live session.

3. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Oracle Veda

In the rare event that Oracle Veda has to cancel or postpone a scheduled webinar due to technical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances:

• Registered participants will automatically be enrolled in the rescheduled session.
• If a participant cannot attend the new schedule, they may request a refund by contacting our support team within 24 hours of the rescheduling announcement.

4. Technical Issues

If you have successfully made the payment but have not received the WhatsApp group link or webinar access details, please do not initiate a chargeback. Immediately contact our support team, and we will manually verify your payment and provide access.
